Sound Flow Yoga in Friendswood, TX: A Boutique Sound & Yoga Experience

This is not your average yoga class. Sound Flow Yoga blends intentional movement with the power of sound to support strength, clarity, and stress reduction.

Move, breathe, and tune in. This moderate-paced class combines gentle yoga poses and breathwork with resonant instruments tuned to specific sound frequency Hz ranges that encourage relaxation. As you practice yoga, sound waves move through the space (and through you) helping you release tension and settle the mind.

This is sound healing yoga designed for depth, awareness, and restoration.

We currently offer this class three times weekly. All classes are facilitated by Katrina Hunter: Registered Nurse, Reiki Master, ERYT-200 Yoga Teacher certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Reconnection Healing.

We operate from a serene, home-based boutique studio designed to feel intimate, quiet, and inviting.

All classes are small sessions. Each class has a maximum of 4 participants to ensure:

  • You will rest comfortably while immersed in resonant tones from crystal bowls and other instruments. This portion supports deep relaxation and nervous system balance.

  • Please bring your own yoga mat for class. Eye pillows and blankets are optional additions that you may have the opportunity to use.

  • We do not currently offer monthly memberships; however we do offer 5 and 10 class packs. You can find these on our class scheduling page. Additionally, we run many promos throughout the year… so stay on the look out for those!
