Private sessions are scheduled in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking your appointment.   If you cancel prior to 24 hours of your original appointment time, you may reschedule or request a full refund. NO REFUNDS are given within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel. You may at that time reschedule your appointment.  By booking and attending a session you have read, understand, and agree to the payment/cancellation policy.
